Our rates are very simple:

For stays of less than a week the charge is £145 per night.

Or £15 (US$30) per night for one B&B or £25 (US$50) for couples or £45 (US$88) for four adults. Young children (under 16) are not accepted.

Simple travel
Most visitors to Montserrat from Europe or USA will fly first to Antigua. There are several 20 minute flights each day from Antigua to Montserrat, where we'll collect you from the airport. In true Montserrat style, we try to be very flexible about arrival and departure dates and times. Your convenience is important to us.

Simple tariff
You can book The Holt for as little as three nights or for up to three months, or even longer by negotiation. The simple tariff is £1000 or US$ equivalent per week, for a party of up to six people. This covers all utilities (including free local landline calls), bed linen and towels, including beach towels. For stays of less than a week, the cost is £145 or US$ equivalent per night.

Additional maid service can be arranged at cost.

Simple paperwork
A 25% deposit is required when booking with the remainder due two weeks before your holiday begins. The deposit is not usually refundable.
