When you make The Holt on Montserrat your holiday home, we make you welcome in so many ways.

Self-catering simplicity
Essential shopping can be done before you arrive, and we can arrange for your first evening meal to be delivered to the villa. Wander around the garden and pick whatever's in season - mangoes, pomegranates, avocados, limes and bananas. Delicious!

You'll find a thriving mini-market and some local produce stalls about 1.5 miles away. We can arrange for car hire at a very reasonable rate.

Don't want to cook?
Breakfast or lunch are a five minute walk away and a five mile drive gives you a choice of restaurants. Try one of the local dishes - 'Mountain Chicken' or even 'Goat Water' - a local version of Irish Stew and part of Montserrat's rich Irish legacy. We even celebrate our own St. Patrick's Day in the island's many friendly little bars.

Help is at hand
There's a comprehensive information file in the villa but, best of all, the owners live on the Island and are available to help at any time.

OR why not rent part of one floor, which includes two double bedrooms , sitting room and bathroom and is only a few feet from the pool. This can be rented on a bed and breakfast or simply bed basis. This facility is now ready for use and getting booked up...rush to book - one of the cheapest, yet one of the best (so we are told).
